My 2 years old son started going to Kaleidoscope daycare. On the third day I decided we are not going back.The first two days I was in daycare before he get to know his teachers and environment. This days I have noticed that teachers don't wash kids hands before they go to eat,they do not do potty... training,but director told us the first thing they do is a potty training. The first 2 days we were in daycare Couple hours,third day I drop him at 12 p.m and of course he was crying because I left him. I didn't leave right away and was waiting until he calmed down little bit.I was standing behind the wall, so he can't see me. And then I heard his teacher was yelling on him and telling him to stop.Nobody came to him to calm him down instead she was yelling. I left and told my self that may be teacher is tired. At 5:30 pm I came back I found my son crying and screaming because his teacher was vacuuming the room.And she knew he is afraid and still she was vacuuming towards my son to scare him more. I ask her did he cry the whole day and she said only 20 min.Instead of making him quiet she afraid him more more. That day he couldn't fall asleep, he was waking up and crying on his dreams.The next day I called the daycare director and told all of this.She just said I am sorry and this is it. I asked her return my money back, she said it is non refundable. I paid $940 for nothing, just to make my son unhappy and afraid of those people.

I have worked here at Kaleidoscope Child Care Center for two years now. I can honestly say that it is the best center I have worked at. The Director is extremely kind, well organized, and is always sure to try her best to meet the needs of every child who attends Kaleidoscope. She provides an incredible amount of supplies for teachers to plan with. The hands on teachers create educational and fun lesson plans each week, that are age appropriate for each classroom. With a different theme each week, the children who attend soak up the lessons and stay interested. I love being able to see the children in my class grow. Every teacher at Kaleidoscope makes sure the children are safe, well cared for, and enjoy learning. The center is kept neat and tidy. With plenty of toys for you little one(s) to explore, they will keep busy and better develop fine and gross motor skills. There is so much more to learn about Kaleidoscope!
