Management at this location is Awful. Jeff and Brett act like they own Mr.Magic Car Wash when they are only just employees and have a stinking attitude. I wash over 10+ different cars here monthly. Came here today and I was the only car at the wash I decided to vaccuum my car up first then get a wash and drive off as it is more convenient in this manner. Brett saw me and sneakingly turned off the vacuums. When I walked into the office he tried to hide and send out the other employee on site. Then he had the nerve to lie to me and say that the vaccumms turn on with a car wash when he manually turned off the vaccumms. This place deffinately needs new management and has by far been the worst experience in terms of customer service other than these rotten people working at this location Mr. Magic Car Washed are wonderful and keep my cars looking great. It's sad that because of rude and untrained foul mouthed lying employees ill have to take my cars elsewhere.
